When a producer, manufacturer or supplier applies to join our network as a Global Partner we collect:

• Product sector, product details and production capacity
• Export history and business background
• Trade documentation including certifications, quality assurance records and compliance documents
• Photographs, videos, product samples and supporting materials shared during onboarding
• All correspondence and communications with our team

From Buyers

When an international buyer contacts us or engages our sourcing services we collect:

• Full name and company name
• Email address, phone number and business address
• Country of operation and import market
• Product sectors and sourcing requirements
• Order volumes, frequency and commercial preferences
• Import documentation and compliance requirements specific to your market
• All correspondence and communications with our team

From Website Visitors

When you visit our website, we automatically collect:

For Global Partners

• To assess your application and onboard you into our verified Global Partner network

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We share your information only in the following specific circumstances:

• With the relevant buyer or Global Partner as part of a specific trade introduction that both parties have agreed to proceed with
• With logistics providers, freight forwarders and compliance specialists who are directly coordinating your trade journey
• With our operational team members across our three-continent network who are working on your partnership
• With legal or regulatory authorities where we are required to do so by law

We never share Global Partner product details, pricing or trade information with competing buyers or third parties outside of an agreed trade introduction.

We never share buyer sourcing requirements, volumes or commercial preferences with Global Partners outside of an agreed trade introduction.

• Unsuccessful Global Partner applications are retained for 12 months then securely deleted
• Active Global Partner records are retained for the duration of the partnership and 7 years thereafter in line with UK legal requirements
• Buyer records are retained for as long as the sourcing relationship is active and up to 3 years after the last interaction
• Website usage data is retained for a maximum of 26 months

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your information where there is no legal basis for us to retain it
• Object to or restrict how we process your information
• Receive your information in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent as our legal basis
